These are various services that are offered at Elite Care Service, Inc. to fit the needs of you and your loved ones in order  to achieve an optimal level of functioning in daily living. Here at Elite Care we offer substance abuse group sessions, mental health counseling, clinical assessments, and CAP/DA Services.

Clinical Assessments

Assessment of your medical history, mental health treatment history, and substance abuse history.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy is 90 minute substance abuse group sessions, 2x weekly for a minimum of 8-10 weeks.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a 1 hour session with one of our trained counselors, 2-3 times a month or as needed.

Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)

Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) are 4 hour substance abuse group sessions that are held 5 days weekly for a minimum of 16-18 weeks.

CAP/DA

As a team at Elite Care Service, we are dedicated to support the needs of individuals in achieving the highest degree of independence possible. By doing this, we promote self respect and dignity for individuals with developmental disabilities by offering various services in order to achieve their greatest level of independence.
